On top of that she tried to drive away from the traffic stop with the officer in the door. Which could have injured him. There is no justification for this behavior and the fact that she had already had her car impounded previously should tell you this is a re-occurring issue and the fact that it was dropped is just wrong.

Right. She's real lucky she didnt get treated worse. And he's making sure the cuffs aren't too tight. Most cops would make them too tight bc of her attitude. I think I would. One of the dumbest, reckless, idiotic, untrained cops I have ever seen. You morons keep saying hes awesome for being calm so youre part of the problem. Sure keeping your cool is a big part of being a good cop, Ill give you that. However, This cop did everything else wrong. As far as Im concerned he should be fired and never allowed to serve again just for not having his duty belt. It takes a special kind of idiot to leave your duty belt in the car, it should have NEVER been taken off while on duty. He even comments on how he had to have a civi go get his cuffs. Another stupid mistake, telling a civilian you dont know to get the cuffs off your duty belt inside your car, the same belt with your GUN, hoping he is a good person is just negligent. As soon as she refused a lawful order he should have put her on the ground. Waiting until she tried to drive off was really stupid and could have gotten him killed. When he does put her in cuffs he doesnt maintain controll of the situation at all. He should have moved her to the side of the road or to bis car instead of leaving her with vunerable to traffic. (not that I care about this womans safety) but how many times have you seen videos of cops getting hit by cars durring traffic stops? He never had control of the situation and thongs could have gone really badly for him and everyone involved. This cop gets an F. I dont care how nice he was, his actions were unexceptable.
