8:20 I can relate to this so much. In the 7th grade, I had a geography presentation, and it was supposed to be a very long project (2-4 months, and we had about one class per week). And one thing to note about that teacher was that they would grade the entire group on they're project, and if there was an empty slide we would immediately get a 0. Once she formed the teams, I noticed that I got paired with the two dumbest bitches in the class. They wouldn't do any work, they would call me names bc I didn't work on their slides, and I remember half way through the presentation, one of the girls deleted the whole slideshow and I had to restart. Anyway, the class of the presentations, they ask me if I did their part... "No, did you?" this provoked a moment of silence... The teacher called us up and I had to explain the whole situation. I asked if each group member could get a separate grade... "No, I can't do that. It's a GROUP project after all." She said... I started to tremble. But then one of the bum ass bitches asked if we could have more time. For some reason the teacher let us have one more class. Then when I get home later that day, I monitored the slideshow to see if they made any changes to their parts. A week goes by and all they added was an image of something that wasn't even relevant to our subject. So the day before the presentation, I worked my ass off to complete both of their parts in the project. The following morning I asked them if they worked on it(To mess with them). "Yes I did, I made it perfect" one of the two said. I knew she was lying just to not seem so fucking useless. But despite me only being in the 7th grade, I used certain text formats such as point form(bullets) to prevent suspicion of plagiarism. This means that it wasn't just a big script that they had to read off the board. So once the teacher calls us up to present, one of the girls just presents the title, and the other one tries to present her part in the project she "worked on". But given that it wasn't just one big script, she had no clue what we were talking about and she couldn't elaborate for the life of her. Eventually I jumped in and ended up presenting every single slide in the whole 4 month project. After words, I told the teacher that she didn't work on it at all and I carried the whole thing. "But either way, I have to give all three of you the same grade." The teacher said. I was furious and asked her if could just not get paired with them in the future. The response was affirmative and I went on with my day. But the next week, she assigns us a new project. And, low and behold, I get paired with the same bum ass, useless ass bitches, and the cycle repeated.

Let me tell you how I used to study before I had an IEP: First study the best I could without forgetting, or do the study packets before I forget. One thing about me is that I take fantastic notes. But because I’m so focused the moment the test is on my desk- everything flies out the window due to a small scale of performance issues because of stress and anxiety, feeling like I’m being rushed. I know the answer but can never remember them to take the damn test. So in my IEP I was granted to use my notes on every exam. So my form od studying turned into perfecting my notes. If students were nice to me I’ll let them take a peak at my notes.

when joe said the people that take 1 period to do the test piss him off reminded me of my friend in 6th grade. It was the final test or what ever it is called and the night before he must have read into some bull sh*t because he walked into the testing room with the biggest smile and when I read why he said "just watch" apparently if you have a IEP you can take as long as you need to get the final test done like literally all day...and he did.
