yeah I was so confused when he said that most of them were his age when they signed. there were not many sub 30s people because signing the paper was essentially binding your life to the life of an independent America; if the colony fails in their revolution then all the signers would be executed in brutal ways which kids would not normally do. The boomers were absolutely the first to go crazy over a college diploma. That’s why it was so important for us millennials to get one because every single boss and hiring manager was a boomer. I absolutely wish I had not gone to college but only because of the debt I’m still in. I felt extremely pressured by everyone older than me to go and I was made to believe I would be nothing without a degree.
