I love doing wrapped loops! I was taught at the start of my journey by a wonderful lady from a U.K. bead company called totally beads at a bead fair, and I’ve never looked back! I surprised everyone by taking to it like a duck to water! As I was watching and doing From opposite I actually was doing it the other way about. I do the loop as you have then switch hands and hold the loop in my chain nose pliers and use a smaller needle nose or another small chain nose plier to hold the end of the wire I’m wrapping and use that to keep the tension and wrap the wire. I find for me it’s easier to keep the tension to wrap the loop neat. I also keep a wire burring tool handy, there is always a time when there is that one sharp bit and just before I tuck the wire in I bud the end to be sure there are no sharp bits then tuck the end in at the end of the wrapped loop. I started off with basic tools but after the bead fair I got zebra tools which I still use today, though I’ve added a few other pieces from Xuron, best cutters out there, I have a pair for heavier wire and head pins and a pair for beading wire or light gauge, since doing this I have had no issue with my cutters going blunt! They also do great mini chain nose and mini flat pliers. Love the videos, a lot are scared of wrapped loops so it great to see a video just on wrapped loops. 😊

@@katieparkerjewellery7277 You are very welcome! I'm an older beader, and just learning to make jewelry. Sometimes I know what I want to do, and how to do it, but I look at the wire and my mind goes blank. Thank you again so much
