Carol, you are simply the best teacher! When I started doing jewelry, it wasn’t a priority to make a perfect or near perfect loop. Now I have progressed and my goal is to make my loops as close to perfect a 70 year old granny can get. Especially for projects of length. I’ve found cutting my own strips and making the right angle bend vs purchasing store bought and using the One-step looper more satisfying. I couldn’t achieve this without this fantastic tutorial!

Thank you very much for this! Finding your video was an answer to prayer for me! I’m in tears with gratitude! I’m elderly and have several disabilities, one of them being arthritis in both hands. But I enjoy detail work very much; it relaxes me, so I’ve started making simple jewelry items for youth and teens in order to earn a little money for expenses. My favorite part is making dangle beads from old broken necklaces or bracelets that I find at thrift stores but my loops are wretched and I’ve felt like giving up - but I don’t want to give up! (Plus, I know if I don’t use my hands they’ll only get worse.) Your explanations are STELLAR! I’ve also got some residual cognitive issues from being in a coma several years ago and it left me with comprehension struggles … but I can understand everything you teach here! This is the most comprehensive instruction video I've seen on making perfect and consistent simple loops. I've been making them for at least a decade, but I still learned a bit from you.
