It doesn't matter if you hard carried the entire game, if it's not enough to get them over the finish line it's all your fault. It's Blizzard's fault for making heal botting such a viable strategy. The way you play Mercy in Bronze isn't very different from GM Mercy, your movement just gets a little better. If supports really were *supports and not healers* then they're be more skill expression and interesting strategies.

100% agree. Lifeweaver is the epitome of this problem to me. Zero offensive threat, just high heals and escape tools that are enough to both negate any play the opponent tries to make, as well as covering his own team mates' mistakes. I love watching top level ball gameplay. It just shows that no matter how good you are at a character, people will inly see you for the character themself/the character's meta placement, and blame all shortcomings of the team on you. As a console ball sitting around mid Dimond to low masters I can 100% vouch that no matter how much you do, your team will say it's your fault. I had a game the other day where we held point 2 Hollywood, I was 15-0 with highest damage in the lobby, and my team still came at me sideways for playing ball.

5:38 I think in general this is an all tanking experience, I try to play all roles and for me it always feels like dps get to play in the front seat while tanks are glorified supports that take the beating for the team. Support elo is determined by the level of their spacial awareness and how good are they at keeping the team alive giving indirect pressure to the front line as well as creating their own pressure from the back.
