Yoo coach u should do a reaction to scoot Henderson’s high school highlights, he’s struggling a bit right now in the nba but granted he’s only 19 and it’s his first year. Easily the best all around player I’ve seen and my favorite!!

I don’t know why I over complicate dunking off the dribble while jumping off two, I feel like there’s a power leak in my penultimate depending on when I take my last dribble, could you make a vid on different ways to gather the ball?

Pretty overrated! But a fun way to train. I use it from time to time and also include French Contrast in my BTR3 program. It's good but will bring similar gains to training without French Contrast.

I don’t - people took advantage of it. However if you’re thinking about a program I highly recommend getting into it. I’ve put a lot of time into formulating the best programming possible.

This is what I meant by the answers for athletes gets repetitive already. You already talked about this topic under different headings multiple times in the last weeks. Better show something from your daily life/training because repetitiveness in this area shows people what to do to become successfull.

That’s a good point. This video was actually a repeat from the Answers for Athletes channel. There are certain videos from that channel that I want to be on this channel because of the information included. This video just happens to be one of them and due to there being only 1,000 subscribers to the AFA channel, I know that not everyone has seen this video on this channel. I will try my best not to repeat videos or questions, but there are a few more videos that I want to bring over from that channel to this channel. I am recording/editing many more workout videos and have included follow alongs, full workouts, program reviews that will be posted in the upcoming days and weeks. But keep in mind those videos take more time and editing. That’s why the AFA videos make it easy for me to stay consistent - I can post those in between these bigger projects. I appreciate the input and will try to spread out the AFA videos even more.
