According to wiki, Seljalandsfoss is a waterfall in Iceland. Seljalandsfoss is located in the South Region in Iceland right by Route 1 and the road that leads to Þórsmörk Road 249. The waterfall drops 60 m and is part of the Seljalands River that has its origin in the volcano glacier Eyjafjallajökull.
We recently took a 10-day trip to Iceland in March and had one of the greatest trips that we've ever had. From the first day seeing waterfalls to the final day seeing the Northern Lights and everything inbetween. We totally recommend visiting and experiencing all the Iceland has to offer.
This short video highlights Seljalandsfoss waterfall that is literally right off the main highway in Iceland and an easy walk from the parking lot. This was the first falls on our trip out of the Reykjavik area after coming in from Manchester, UK and heading to the small southern town of Vik.
