I definitely think the Xbox series x would benefit from a “Windows Mode”, which would allow you to boot into windows (or maybe other operating systems) on the Xbox. I feel like this would be a no brainer for Microsoft to do, as it would basically turn the Xbox into a 2 in 1 Console/Gaming PC. Since it already utilizes the windows kernel, I assume adding the windows frontend wouldn’t be that much of a challenge for them.

Purchase Dev mode and install RetroArch on the Series X. It is sooooo good. The PCSX2 core is rapidly getting better on RetroArch and can currently run quite a bit of PS2 games already. Also alot of the graphical tweaks work as intended as well. The Series X is a brute when it comes to emulation.

As primarily a PS gamer, I love that Xbox especially the Series X, is able to emulate games, THROUGH THE BROWSER. My Vita is jailbroken, I dont use it as much as I once did. Never pirated, just emulated. I could use my phone but I rather use that for android games and PS Remote play (PS Play Unlimited is what I use for RP instead of the awful official one) w/ a Razer Kishi. All in all, Xbox is a great system for emulation, Stadia as well sort of, and its amazing Gamepass along with the games it offers.

Also the Xbox series x on dev mode is amazing you can emulate all retro games up to ps3 era and now you can play pc games on stadia or GeForce now in the browser with game pass it’s by far the best gaming device out there for the money hands down period aside from ps exclusives and Nintendo exclusives you can basically do anything on a Xbox like a pc basically even supports mouse and keyboard in most games that work well with it wish they would just allow us to run windows on it or at least a virtual windows desktop it could literally replace the need for students to buy a pc in dorm rooms

You think? So you're not entirely sure? I havent used my Vita to emulate anything in quite a long time now. Would love to jailbreak my Switch, I mean I dont use the online to play with others so yeah. A nice bigger screen is always nice.

@@J0kerHecz Well in my opinion, I think it was my favorite just because it was very portable. Which was a big plus for me, but everyone will have there opinions and bias. The switch does look like a good option, but I haven't gotten around to jail breaking it yet. I think I will all so wait for the Steam Deck, and see how that turns out.

Which is why Xbox is the best for new gamers. Just buy the console, get the Ultimate Pass, and you're set. Wish PSNow is just as good but with how limiting it is, Xbox Game Pass is just way better

@Itch-HeSay although a PC is usually a great choice for gaming, I’m on a PlayStation 5 and Nintendo switch, and I’m pretty comfortable with two gaming devices, and I’d find it difficult to have anymore devices, but I’ll try to consider having a PC.
