Great question. The upgrades on the P2S makes it a worthwhile investment in my opinion. Do you plan on buying ANY OTHER lasers? It not, going all in on the P2S would make more sense then.

@ excuse me! when i close the lid the display shows the lock is still open, press start the machine still runs but no laser beam is generated. can you tell me how to fix the error when i close the lid the display shows locked? Thank so much!

Have you ran the P2S with the Air Purifier? Curious if it impacts the machine exhaust fan output.

With the AP2 it helps with the suction it feels like. But the new inline fan for the P2S is already crazy good!

It's a badass pairing. I love mine and would absolutely recommend it. I love how convenient it is and the wifi pairing. You never have to touch the filter. It kicks on automatically and is not as loud as I expected it to be.

What workbench do you suggest for the P2S? Do you have a favorite you would be willing to share?

Absolutely love either the: Husky Rolling Table or the Husky Rolling Bench. If your budget allows, the bench (toolbox) will keep you 100% organized while having a place to put your laser. It is one purchase that no one will regret

Anyone have issues with their customer support team, particularly their lack of responding? I ordered the P2S and UPS lost it (probably stolen by a UPS employee; it will be on Ebay within a week); anyhow, reached out to xTool and no response.

Since the team Is in China and it has been New Year they have probably are short staffed. In most cases UPS has these at a warehouse the driver did not pick up. Try them again over the weekend and I am sure by Monday they will get in contact with you. I would call UPS to be honest… it is UPS fault at this point. I promise you will get it resolved!

You can always start with a cheaper laser and work up to this! There are plenty of options on the market, including others from XTool.
