The Yankees all year long have not played great defense. It came back to haunt them. In the 5th inning and the Yankees gave the Dodgers 6 outs. They scored 5 runs and I turned to my husband and I said the Dodgers are going to win this game. Even when the Yankees took the lead 6 to 5, I new the Dodgers would find a way to win. I live in Colorado and have watched the Dodgers all year long and they found ways to win games that you thought that there is no way they would win. Very resilient all year long. My Colorado Rockies have a long way too go. Congratulations to the Los Angeles Dodgers.

The Padres and the Mets got the better version of this Dodgers team in these playoffs. The Yankees got a team with an injured Ohtani. How much better are the Dodgers than the Yankees? Those other two team would have beaten the Yankees. That’s how much better the Dodgers are than the Yankees.

Michael Kay with good insight as always 👍 With all the errors and questionable moves mentioned this past week… Bringing in jake cousins in game 1 and kahnle in game 5 is the 2 biggest questionable moves IMO. Gerrit cole was absolute gem game 5… The lack of speed in yankees offense always a concern…questionable pitch selection, lack of focus.. = bottom line, responsibility on coaching staff …in the end yankees better get ready to pay up for upgrades

You'd immediately get disqualified from even talking to Soto if you offer him the same AAV as Judge. Soto's much younger and I don't care what Judge's numbers are vs dogshit regular season pitchers but Soto's a better hitter. The postseason proves it. Nobody was surprised when Judge disappeared and Soto elevated his game. Judge makes his living off of padding his stats vs bad pitching. Soto hits the same no matter who's on the mound. He can hit anyone. He's the actual best hitter in baseball.

Yankee fans let's all get 1 thing straight yanks had an easy path to world's series and then got smacked around and embarrassed by a real team if the yanks don't keep Soto that's on them y should we be worried they gonna go back to being the 2nd or 3rd place team in division without him or they keep him( which they have to do if they want any chance of winning division again) but don't add enough pitching either in offseason or at deadline as usual and get beat by a deeper more well rounded team as usual lol ik I'm not going to no games if they back to being like the 2023 yankees and neither should yal

Agree , Yankee have only themselves to blame for Game 5 lost by the stupid mistakes from Judge error pop up ball, Anthony Volupe throwing error to third and Anthony Rizzo brain freeze 🥶 play at first base, why didn’t ran to first base 6-7 feet away from first base . Thx Yankees gift 🎁 of 5 un runs to Dodgers. >Soto didn’t tear the cover off the bell not worth more than $30 was 0-3 in either game four or five . Freddy Kruger play better than Soto and he was injured Judge a great player during the season got paid a great salary of about $350 million for 9 years was a dud in playoffs. He’s not playoff material player

Yankees stinks gave Game 5 with 5 unearned runs as a gift 🎁 to the Dodgers with 3 bone head mistakes from Judge, easy pop-up , Volpe error throw to third base and Rizzo error on first base why didn’t he run to first base to get that out. Yankees shot themselves in their feet.Yankees also gave Game 1 to the Dodgers as gift 🎁 as well. Look at the bright side Yankees are the second best team for 2024 , I think 🤔 the Yankees would’ve lost game 6 or 7 at. A poorly managed team by Boone and poorly constructed team by Cashman both should be fire 🔥
