When I started hobbyist bedroom guitar noodling 23 years ago I intentionally self taught using open G and open E tunings. Over time I also became more and more familiar self teaching standard tuned guitar. Nice little instructional channel here and LOVE the tone of yer LP through whatever pedal/amp rig you're going through. I seriously broke the rules by first learning heavy open tuned guitar & some slide. Rule breaking is one of my favorite aspects of playing guitar and shall remain so until I check in to the next world..................oh and I also subscribed :)

Nice one... I'd do my vibrators and bend with my middle fingers instead of my ring finger though, the way Eric Calpton takes his bends and vibrators. It's the strongest fingers on your fret hand and it's a lot more accurate then your ring fingers which basically leads your bends/vibrators if you do them with 3 fingers. I mean, it's how "Clapton" does.

I have a suggestion tor training the fretboard. Rotate the videos 180 degrees so that when the viewer is watching he sees what the player sees and can copying that directly to what the trainer sees.
