I've followed you for a long time now and this is the year that I am ready to go hard, be bold and create my courage! Totally connected with you in a deeper sense this time around as you spoke about your broken toes and stuffed up ankle. I fractured my ankle at the end of last year just 8 weeks before I was due to take my 2 kids on an overseas holiday! Couldn't walk on it for 4 weeks and it was stiff as wood when the boot came off but I was adamant that I WOULD be walking on that holiday, and I did. Very slowly and cautiously at first every long day as we went out and explored the new countries but my confidence quickly grew as I saw improvements in my abilities everyday. Plenty to be scared about but I consciously just kept on facing those fears and knowing that things would be OK. We just got home today and I'm listening to this recording and am fully aware that I faced and conquered so many challenges last year. I can literally see how I have held myself back from moving full steam ahead. Now is my time! Your podcasts are resurfacing for me because you are one of the tools that will push me forwards. Thank you.

Brendon you're awesome, thank you for this inspiration. I do believe mental disorders can be improved through counseling because you better learn how to cope with them and manage the illness. I think coaching would help too because someone can check in with you and support you in maintaining a healthy lifestyle. You *can* learn to "live well" with a mental illness. There is hope for those people and things can get better!! :)
