These days people have a problem of just listening and get inspired in those moments but do not take conscious action. The reality is Procrastination! Any ones opinion doesn't matter until one takes the charge of ones life. Just do it, but with laser focus. Then you'll find the change, progress.

You are 100% correct Vijay . I see lots of people read inspiring lines on whatsapp or FB and they reshare and just forget without taking any action. The bottom line is you don't value whatever comes to you free of cost. The results are visible only when you intentionally spend some time or put some effort.

THIS ONE'S GOING DOWN IN MY FAVORITE VIDEOS' LIST I think I'm commenting for the first time on one of your videos but this time I had to thank you and comment on your video as I was stuck at a certain place in my life for a reeeeeaaaaallly long time and that was because of two of the three reasons which you gave here: 'uncertainty' and 'judgement' - which you pointed at today. Due to the 'uncertainty' factor, my approach towards anything in life had become like - I ain't doing that unless I'm 100% prepared and 100% sure. That made me lose on so many opportunities. 'My need for permission' and 'my need for perfection' would make me use months of my time for a task which would barely take a day or two. Due to 'judgement' factor, I was always taking very careful steps in life because I cared too much about what, people I love, will feel and say about it. Well said, "I am not gonna pause my mission simply because there are some mean people out there who are uninformed or are in a bad mood." I want you to know just these two things: 1. Before you said that the shirt was not that good one (11:08), I was already liking the shirt. 2. I WAS DANCING BY THE TIME THE VIDEO ENDED. NOW I'M GONNA TAKE A LEAP OF FAITH. Thank you so much for this video. I always have a hard time with change, especially work-related; because despite knowing that I’m a hard-working person, I struggle with deadlines. I can deliver the results, but I’m a perfectionist and this has me pulling many all-nighters in a row or not socializing for periods of time. I’m afraid that if I commit to a project, I won’t be able to manage it properly and maintain a good work-life balance; and in this fear I’ve let many good opportunities slide. These days I’ve had a couple work proposals and, with all the jitters I’m having, I’m saying “yes” because I know there’re big rewards on the other side. I‘ve subscribed to your videos and am saving this one to my “Watch later” list so I can replay it as many times I need as a reminder that I’m capable of handling these challenges and more. I would like really thank you for these inspiring words. I am about to do a big change in my life and still facing this fear of change. sometimes I wake up in the morning and I am full of energy towards that change and sometimes I am feeling scared and uncertain. However, when I think logically, I go towards the change and when my emotions controls me I kindda back up. This really hit an “AH-HA” moment. Years ago when I first entered the professional workplace I was super motivated in a competitive environment, getting paid peanuts, but I had HUGE assumptions about how that business was. I made some progress but had a series of very dissapointing encounters and the money just was not enough to put up with it. Some days I want to go back but not only do I have the fears of UNCERTAINTY when I was powered by ILLUSION before. But also I fear poverty. Can you do a video on investing and working on goals without fear of Poverty. I am so tired of “struggle love” with career or otherwise. I do not fear failiure. The industry I was in was full of people who were privileged and could afford to fail. I experienced being ostracized for having to have “hustle jobs” in addition to my main job. It was a very image driven business. I also experienced covert racism. They could afford to fail and their parents could cover them. I had to pay my own bills. I do not fear failure. I fear poverty. And I fear pursing a dream where standing up for yourself can get you blacklisted.
