It's proper name is the Latin Version. It is from Doctor Who - Variations on a Theme, a four track record and CD (and probably cassette) issued in 1989. It got some publicity for being issued on what was described as the worlds first square CD although I heard some reports that they weren't very reliable. My copy was on vinyl so I don't know if that was true. Some CD's were the normal round ones. The other three tracks were arranged by Mark Ayres (who had 2 tracks) and Dominic Glynn. Between the three of them (McCulloch, Ayres and Glynn) they had provided all the incidental music in the McCoy era.

I seriously wish the DWM would do a article on the Years Tapes, as it goes (and correct me if I am wrong, but I doubt I am), Hartnell presented by Sylvester, Troughton by Jon and Pertwee by Jon, Tom Baker I & II by Tom, Colin Baker by Colin, Daleks by Peter D and Cybermen by Colin and then that's it, way before the TVM or the arrival of New Who, so what's the full story.
