@@TheGodshatter Just make sure to keep trying mate. I always frowned at the statement "it gets easier", but honestly, it does... I'm in a much happier state of mind now. It's not so much that one day it'll just change, but if you grind through those dark days and just gradually learn to appreciate all the little aspects of life and indulge yourself, things will definitely get better for you. Life is a gift, so just go with the flow and try to enjoy yourself a little, be a little selfish. When you're sat there alone, overthinking things, try to realize what you're doing and snap out of it, the more you notice and snap out of it, the less it'll happen and consume your mind. distract yourself with things you enjoy, even if it's just watching my man beard woffle down 25 big macs.
