This is a clever use of Young Han, but with the advent of HSTR, I'm finding that most of my guildmates that have the toons to solo the HAAT, no longer bother with the mental effort and the time commitment required to do so. HAAT has been relegated to a "lesser effort" raid where you dump in a handful of squads, hit auto, and take the resulting 20-30M damage.

I'm not sure if you still check these comments, but Thank you! I don't have the Wampa unlocked, so this is my only chance at soloing the HAAT. I can solo p3 & P4 fairly easily, but still can only get to about 50% on Grievous in Phase 1 before he enrages. What am I doing wrong, I feel like I've watched the video 100 times and still don't get it. I thought P2 was the tricky part!!! My team has all the zetas stated in the video..It Binds all Things and Learn Control on CLS, Roll with the Punches on BB8 and Strength Flows from the Force on Hermit Yoda. They are all 7 star and Gear 12 and their speeds are Ackbar 214 speed, CLS at 240 speed with 3678 Offense, BB8 at 267 speed, Hermit Yoda at 274 speed, and Yolo at 206 speed and 3320 offense. I hope you see this and can help. Thank you again.

Are you counting the hits? Ever 7th hit on GG needs to be from CLS

It's all about counting hits and doing your best to ensure the 7th comes from CLS. Since you want phase 1 to go for as long as possible, definitely make sure to use Call to Action to force Ackbar to hit if you're on hit 6, that way CLS gets 100% TM and for sure lands the 7th hit. Obviously P2 onward, you want to keep the Call to Action buff active for as much bonus damage as possible to get through P2.

I came sooooooo close the other night to my first solo. My team made it to 6% on phase 2 before enrage and horrible, horrible deaths. Unfortunately I'm having to use Thrawn as my Hoda isn't 7 star just yet. By the end of the next Territory Battle I should be good to go on Hoda though and looking forward to knocking this out. McMole2, LOVE this video. Yolo has become a staple of my AAT teams because of your videos. Though, I have a few questions about this. I don't have HYoda unlocked, so I'm trying to make do with Raid Han instead. He makes P1 SO much easier (with turn meter removal on both hits of his basic, it's actually a lot more consistent than even CLS, since if he resists the first hit, the second hit still has a chance) and outputs a lot of damage. Is there a potential way to solo the HAAT with that team with the right mods, or is HYoda absolutely necessary? Second, how do you check how much offense you are adding through mods? Obviously, you can do that for the flat offense boost, but how do you tell for things like %offense? Third, why mod for crit chance on CLS? With CTA active, he gets an extra 50% Crit chance, and his stock chance at gear XII is around 44% without CTA, so there's really not much reason that I can see to go with Crit Chance over Crit Damage unless you plan on spending a lot of time with CTA down. I could be missing something, though, so by all means, let me know.

@mcmole2, I have to ask. Do you know if it's possible to do this in any way without Hoda? I've been farming Wampa, slowly, since I started playing, and am 330 shards away from a 7* Hoda. Because I'd love to run this build and be helpful to my guild in HAAT, but without Hoda, i'm not sure it's doable.

There's a team that runs Thrawn instead of Hoda that can do it. Haven't seen much in the way of mods/tactics to get it there.

I am super close to doing it with this team, subbed Thrawn in place of Hoda. I came to within a few percent in phase 2. G12 CLS, Yolo, and Thrawn. G10 AA and BB8. I was able to get the speeds at the suggested minimum and have my Yolo with 769 offense. Definitely feels like the second I finish off my Hoda to 7* I'll be able to easily knock it out though due to the Master's Training buff providing so much more damage potential.

I have noticed that you never used call to action when cls had it already. Why? Wouldn’t that reduce illuminated destiny cool down by 5? Will the TM gain and damage difference of cls and aa huge enough to overweight that 5 turns’ CD?

Either the dude forgot to do so,or it was because he didn't want to lose the call to action buff or vice versa (there are benefits to either having the call to action buff or not)

Love the vid ! Only question I have : would a potency set (and/or a potency primary cross) on CLS be better than a CC set ? When he has his Call to action buff up, he gains 50% CC, and having CLS' debuffs resisted really cuts down the momentum of any haat solo team

With mods 2.0 out, it should be a lot easier to get more offense on Yolo, and more speed on him too. If he were around 100 speed with more than 500 bonus offense, would the speeds on BB8 and Hoda still need to be where they are?

I still can't consistently do p1 with wampanader, which is the most attractive thing about this one. One mistake here, grievous gets a turn, oh no! One mistake with wampanader, grievous can take 4 or 5 before you move again lol...

I have a question: Since Young Han has the zeta in his unique which states everytime a Scoundrel does an ability it has a 70% for Young Han to assist, do correct me if i'm saying it right, but back to my point, does Zeta YH's passive help this HAAT team more or not? If not would a full scoundrel team with YH zeta be more effecient than this team?

I have all the wampanader characters 7 star and zetaed. For me, it is just the matter of gearing them up fully and modding them up better. I have g12 vader and Thrawn, G11 wampa, G10 cls and BB8

Hey man, I have a 95k Yolo Solo team.. Gear XII with speed mods for BB8 of 235, Hermit Yoda 214 with a Z, Ackbar with 184, CLS with 2792 (Crit Dmg mods) and Young Han with 3026 (Crit dmg mods) and Z and I still can’t solo P1 or P2 of the HAAT.. any best practices? I’ve working a lot on this team but can’t seem to figure it out

Not as effective, no. CLS also adds the Speed Down, which is crucial. And CLS has 100% TM removal special as well as his basic. Whereas Han can only remove TM when they're above 50%

How do you measure the amount of +Offense by looking at a character's stats? There's no hard stat for offense, not that I can find anyway...

When you look at a characters stats, you should see two numbers. The one in parentheses is the total added by mods.

Thanks McMole. I see now where some of my mistakes were. I used Datcha, RH, HY, CLS, and YH last time I tried to see how far I could get. Once I had masters training and prepared everyone I auto'd the remainder of P1 but I killed it WAY too quick. Still had like 10 turns on GG. (Duh). I was trying to think of how to get more damage out of YH. Never occured to me to make P1 last longer. I will try using your method and team next HAAT and see how far I get. I only did about 20-25% of P2 with the Datcha led team. ~8.4M damage. I know if I can get past P2 it would be a cake walk.
