The Yorkshire 3 Peaks adventure

We love the Yorkshire 3 Peaks and the 3 Peaks challenge. Join us in our early retirement micro-adventure as we find time to tackle the 3 Peaks in 3 days.
Having relocated to the Yorkshire Dales, we find time between our house renovation work to nip out and tackle Ingleborough, Pen-Y-Ghent and Whernside in 3 days...just because they are there and waiting to be climbed. We love our micro-adventures and this was a good one- challenging with all the other life stuff we have going on, but equally attainable with a bit of hard work.
We are Richard and Jackie and we live in the UK. We have chosen to early retire from teaching during the summer of 2022 at the age of 51. Our plans for early requirement include relocating to the Yorkshire Dales, renovating our forever home and travel the UK, Europe and eventually the world in our VW campervan Nelson.
You will soon realise that we are complete KZbin beginners with all the challenges of creating and publishing videos ahead of us, not to mention uploading when on the road.

We were so excited to visit the house on Friday night and it was almost completely plastered down stairs. What a transformation in a week! The views in the Dales are why we moved here, hopefully we will never get bored of it 😊🏡
