I’m so glad the algorithm suggested your channel today! I love sampler blankets and I will definitely keep an eye out for the pattern and CAL information. I’ve made two of Sandra Paul’s Nature’s Walk blankets for my sisters and they were so much fun to make and well received and loved. I grew up in a rural area and would love to retire to the country (or God’s country as we call it). ❤

I thoroughly enjoyed this podcast. Listened while sewing buttons on two shirts I made. The Yorkshire blanket is gorgeous! The information you shared about superwash yarns, designers, types of yarn, etc. is very helpful. I love your creativity! So the red bits of the “chicken” you referred to are the comb on top and the wattle under the neck. I might make one, myself!

Awesome job. Love all the square colors. Great way to use up leftover yarn. Really like borders.

I only found you today via Yorshire Yarn festival. It has been lovely to watch you (I'm also a English Crochet designer but I am in Brazil). Congratulations on the blanket it look amazing. I know how much work goes into writing such a large pattern! I also made an emotional upport chicken this year based on my own chickens - it was such a fun make and gives me giggle every time I see my little Lu in the house - this can be the real or crochet version as she is cheeky!

Just found your podcast. Your Yorkshire blanket is absolutely stunning, no wonder it's made you emotional, you've clearly worked so hard on that. Those square textures and colours make me happy! 😍 I've made a note in my phone to make it in future (once I've collected more hand-dyed yarns). Love your WIPS too and sense of style.

I just started watching your channel and I can’t wait for this CAL!!!! I live in the country and the theme of this blanket is perfect. Plus I’ve been looking for a stash busting pattern for my fingering/ sock yarn stash. The blanket is stunning 🥰

🎉🎉🎉 Yey!! 🎉🎉🎉 Roll on the 6th of July! I'm ready to start and so looking forward. What a project you've had on, creating this beautiful blanket 🧡💚💙 Congratulations 😊 Lots of lovely content in this episode and, for me, the longer and chattier the better 😄 Gorgeous colours for lil chicken, I think she'd look wonderful in your craft room where we can see her peeping out from the yarn filled shelves! 🧶🐔🧶

I’ve told you before how excited I am about this CAL and it really isn’t long to wait now. I have an Advent Calendar already wound, as well as a black and white cat to help me, LOL, but I shall certainly be looking at the colour packs too. Bring it on, Em! ❤

Your new blanket looks beautiful. I’m having my first ever advent from Beehive Yarns this Christmas so I’m thinking it would be wonderful for a New Year crochet project. I would say I’m quite a beginner (your brilliant tutorials taught me) - do you think it would be suitable? Also love your Cath Kidston cardigan - the colours are so her style, it’s going g to be gorgeous. Thanks so much too for introducing me to the Drops cotton/merino - just ordered some from the website you mentioned for a knitted summer shawl. Xxx
