First of all thank you, thank you for not filming cleaning. I don’t know how this got to be a thing. I should not be wasting my time watching someone else clean rather than cleaning my own home. I could be in a totally different ballgame here with this suggestion of what I'd like to see, but I love psychology and hearing about the path people's lives took for better or worse, ups and downs, so I'd really enjoy a scenario where you're just sitting on your couch or wherever talking to us as friends taking us through the decades of your life. I love autobiographies and biographies and learning why people are the way they are. Like what their story is, what they love, what bothers them, when they failed, when they succeeded, who they met along the way, what biggest life lessons they learned, what heartaches they've been through that were pivotal times for them, relationships that didn't work out, disappointments, life's highlights, etc. You can't really know someone, in my opinion, until you've heard their story. I don't know, but just someday when you're in the mood and you've given it some thought, I think it would be so interesting.

You are so right! In our family age is just a number. My great aunt lived to be 104 and most of my grandparents lived to late 80’s and early 90’s. My parents are in their early 70’s and still going like they are in their 40’s. My Mom always says “ Don’t sit down, your age will take that as a welcome mat”. I think it’s a mindset you have to adapt into your life as well. And you don’t look your age at all so embrace your life beautiful lady, live it to the fullest❣️

Karen, follow up with the hair extension you bought. I was thinking on getting one and want to see how it worked for you. I also wanted to tell you about your bread baking that was not rising. Get a food thermometer, having the right temperature of the liquid with the yeast makes all the difference. I always check the temperature so it's not too cold or hot and my dough rises beautifully. I am 100% with you, the post-holiday chaos is real and it’s still got a hold of my house. I have boxes of decorations that need to go in the attic, my wardrobe is a mess, I feel like everything needs a huge overhaul and my motivation is a little bit lacking. It was so darned cute when you mentioned your cake and RT gave out a lil bark, but when you said he wasn't getting any he gave out a healthy bark just like he knew what you said....LOL...I am 64 and I feel my life is just beginning since I retired about 5 years ago I feel so free and able to do whatever I want. I want to sew my own clothes soon as I lose some weight. That screen with it snowing was so gorgeous. That cocoa recipe sounds good and maple syrup is actually good for you. I did take a screenshot of your cocoa recipe. The mixes are way to sweet for me and I’ve never thought of using maple syrup. I want to try it. I work Monday through Friday, and we are very busy. When I get home, I want to watch a calming video since I need to gear down. The clean-with-me videos are too hyper to watch when I need to relax. They may have great tips, but I prefer home decor, cooking, shopping videos, hauls and things like you did before Christmas. Also, the candles look nice on the mantle.

It’s funny bc I was watching you and looking at the avalanche in my closet… from the holidays! I need to pack up my Christmas/holiday clothes and accessories and my football season clothes (I keep them in clear tubs in my closet). Love your revamped channel! Hi Karen, you look so pretty ! l think my spoiled cat is bigger then Archie awwe. I truly look forward to seeing what you have to share you do a great job sharing ! I enjoy watching you cooking (maybe I will learn something haha) the neat shops you have gone to, beauty, and of course girl talk to encourage each other ! When you are going to eat something yummy in front of sweet little Archie.... you need to put a few nibbles of something he is allowed to eat near your plate. Then when he whimpers, you have a bite to hand him and he will be happy. Just got a feed from the Middleagedminx from london today. First time viewer. She was an absolute hoot and went to stay in an amazing old hotel at Christmas . Its a must see for sure!!!! And she takes her dog Myrtle with her. I love most videos... cooking, crafting, lifestyle, decorating, shopping outings in your area, dinners with the moms. The only thing that doesn't interest me at 73 .. are cleaning videos. The only time I want to watch someone clean..... is if they are cleaning my house! Plus in the time I watch someone clean... I could have cleaned my own house.

I’m really enjoying your content Karen. Every January I go through every closet,cupboard and drawer and clean and purge. I just found a gentleman on KZbin, Kevin Lee Jacobs, that I am really enjoying. A older fellow that ( and I mean this with much respect) reminds me of Mr Rodgers. Such good recipes and content.
