Karen you look amazing and I pray your Mom’s is feeling better. I have Rachel Ray bowls and I loved them. One I used as a scrap bowl insert a store plastic bag after I finished cooking all food scraps go in the bowl with inside plastic bag. Grab the plastic bag knot it and in the garbage. No smelly garbage in my trash bin or bowl. I know I am a Genius 👏🏼

Deep breathing and I have a relaxation app. I listen to the sounds of the ocean, put on a sheet mask and shut the door and lay down. The sounds of the ocean just take away my anxiety 😃

Loving all the little décor updates! Hope your Mom is feeling better. You are definitely inspiring me with your healthy eating choices .. love grilled veggies and we have them constantly in the summer! I don't really have any wise advice on how to handle those times in life when we are feeling down … I'm a bit like Scarlett O'Hara, in that I always think "tomorrow is another day" and just remind myself that it will get better. Of course, this isn't for people who truly suffer with real depression, only for myself when I'm having a bad or "off" day.

Your home decor changes look so pretty. I never disliked the baker's rack, but, yes, the new sideboard is gorgeous and makes your space more open and elegant. After your and Lauren's home videos, I went right into my living room and rearranged our furniture! I got many good tips and ideas from watching and now I love my room so much more.
