So glad yall posted THIS episode on youtube. Cuz so many people NEED TO HEAR THIS MAN SPEAK. Yahki has taught me so much. I'm trying to find a man like Yahki. But I heard you should write a list of everything you want your partner to be amd then become that list. That way anything you're asking for, you're also capable of maintaining those things yourself. So I have a LONG way to go. I haven't changed my diet. I have sickle cell disease so I take medications. Im still on narcotics (opiods) techincally loratab as well as other medicine. I want to start my health journey and I realize anything that comes out my mouth will just me an excuse. Ive watched hours of this mans videos and have learned a lot about the way the body works and what we should be putting into our bodies and minds. I have been watching all his videos I can find, and thanks to him and the knowledge he has shared my health is already better by following his advice. Yahki is the truth, he gave them the same message I been screaming since 2016. I was using Facebook to express my view which is the wrong platform to reach people since it's all about vanity on Facebook. I love seeing a true teacher spit that truth at his brothers.
