BTW.... the book shogun that was used to make this series.... is actually based on IRL history, so the events and everything is all REAL, the only major difference is they change everyone's names into something else. Even the fact that Blackthorne came to Japan on a Dutch Ship is REAL, that did happen. he is a real person. In real life, Blackthorne name is William Adams (Known in Japan as Miura Anjin). In FACT, some parts of this series is what One Piece use for the idea behind the plot for Wano arc if you know Japanese history well.

Wow, that is interesting. massive similarities to the Wano arc for sure, I can see how this is around the exact time period Wano is based off of. From the Shōgun to the closed off nature of the country to the outside world. Thank you for pointing out the connection!
