May I say, quite possibly the best edit of this performance in all of existing media. It seems to mesh the best versions of this performance, the best overdubs, etc. all into one masterpiece. Bravo.

I wasn't crying until I read this comment. I'm not kidding. My parents graduated in 1956 and 1957. They were as square as any 2 people I know, not into celebrity or fame or wealth... or anything like that. When hen Elvis died, I was shocked at how much they loved him. Obviously, nobody like him, and through them, I love him to this day. So much great, great, great music amidst a troubled life, obviously. I remember my dad coming back from the little store with the paper when we were on vacation. I was twelve years old when he died. August 1977....

Goldies, have not heard Elvis version, of this song, for a bit. You could perhaps take a look see of Bobby Hatfield rendition of this song, a live performance in 1965, on the Andy Williams show. No autotune, just his natural voice. You may be pleasantly surprised. Plz enjoy, this very much talented individual. This voice was heavenly sent. Bobby is dearly missed, his music is still with us. Its a blessing that we can still archive this individual 🎶. His range of octaves, there is no words that can say. Bobby is dearly missed, his music, is still w/us.

It breaks my heart.😭 Elvis with a clear soul, a beautiful smile, and the best voice on earth. God sent his talent to the world and unfolded it, and Tom Parker, a vile manager full of greed, and Priscilla,(narcissist), a greedy viper-like wife, caused him nothing but pain, and his pure soul was wounded and became a star in the sky. Elvis will shine forever and those who hurt him will be punished. We love you, Elvis ❤️
