I visited Elmina and Cape Coast castles 3 times....overwhelming grief...happy you posted it. It's the reason why my black behind is in the USA.

I'm so irritated by your friend's laughter. This is why I'm hesitant to visit the dungeons when I come next year. Too many tourists who have no understanding of the pain and suffering that the descendants of enslaved people feel when they visit those dungeons. I wouldn't want to share that space with adults who are laughing as if it's a joke. I.applaud you for taking your children to the dungeons. It's good to teach them young. Well done.

Look at the beautiful clear blue sky! In,the United States and other places in the West, the sky's are hazy from all the chemtrailing that's done everyday. I love the African sky!

Much respect to you both for taking the kids to learn the true history that our kids don’t get taught in the west. I appreciate how educational your videos are 👌. I’ve learned so much about Ghana just from watching your vlog so thank y’all so very much guys. God bless and keep y’all 🙏.

We don’t even teach our kids our history, our stories and how brave and strong our ancestors are,not even in our schools but rather teaching them with brain washed books that so called bible and quoran. I wish one day our story will be told to ourselves and we BLACKS will be free and know ourselves better and come back to our senses.#TAG WE BLACKS NEED DISCIPLINE.

Not only Europeans were at fault sweety. Africa sold their own children. Because of the language barrier they didnt understand much. In later days they understood and they were misled. Instead of money or gold they were paid with shells. Sometimes you can see black descendants in diaspora wear shell necklaces or bracelets. That's what it represents actually. But most people don't know this. Some years back a king's representative went to Suriname to acknowledge and apologize for their part in this bad history of mankind.

Great seeing you taking your children to Elmina to experience the history and horror of the slave trade. My niece is a young children’s book author and has written a book about her character Effie titled “Effie at the Castle” where she visits Elmina Castle with Grandma. Please please let yesterday be something to learn and not pain and anger we should celebrate their strength and endurance so they can be proud in their resting places that all humans are strong, to prove you are strong means you are a gladiator they were gladiators

Please am encouraging you and your wife to make use anything you are capable of doing. I want you and your wife to run for public office since you desire so many things could be changed for better. Also your emotions you show in some of the videos, I can see the passion you and your wife have shown in most of your videos. Just saying please, am just suggesting. Thanks

@@AnnaAcheampong yes I was there, it was nice, I did not know what to expect, just went there, bought a ticket, waited for hours to enter, and again waited for hours to see Cardi B perform. Dj Swarovski and the other artists were entertaining as well. My oldest daughters were jealous because they are not in Ghana.

This is why we as Africans are annoyed when descendants of the Dutch come to Ghana and want us to live like their forefathers, who brutalized us. Now, that Ana is in Ghana, you need to take time to understand the unfriendliness of your forefathers and the deprivation as well as their immense contribution to our lack thereof. Find out that the entire Ghana GDP is the same as the entire Rottadam GDP, and then see if any country can afford good roads and even parks for their citizens and why you think it is not such a big deal. The Dutch and Switzerland have gold deposits that do not belong to them. Can you ask them to bring it back? They will tell you that is old history but the Jewish have been paid retribution, why not us? Lack of humanity and respect. And innocently you knowing. Another side effect of colonization is the corruption introduced so subtle into the colonized system and African never saw anything wrong with it.
