Destiny does the same thing and the reason they speak so fast is because they want to say as much as they possibly can before there opponents interrupt them. So this way there opponent has to respond to more of what they said instead of taking it point by point. They then have to take time to process what had been blurted out in a fraction of a second and respond to that after they respond to the initial point. It tends to throw there opponent off and makes them look stupid. Because they had a point to make but now this jackass just spewed a bunch of nonsense bullshit they have to address. On top of the other nonsense bullshit. It's really ment to make his opponents look stupid because they can't respond to all the bullshit.
