I believe only someone like Vinny can really be the good guy in that situation. Artie’s major health problems resulted from a miscommunication with a bookie which lead to him being suckerpunch KO’d to the asphalt, and from snorting crushed glass. Having someone like Vinny working for him, who could guarantee his safe procurement of drugs from a reputable dealer is harm-reduction. Since this money was changing hands so fast, it also left Mr. Lange without the financial means to make stupid decisions to gamble. Vinny rocks. CKY p0wns Jackass. The company of men is desirable over that of women.

No doubt he has taken advantage of Bam but then again done favors to be on his side. If people think Steve-O is a saint they are delusional. Because no matter Bam's condition the conservatorship has gotten way out of hand and yes his immidiate family have taken his money.. which he have given them millions even before all this. The woman who is a real lawyer who met Bam and showed him some thing he didn't even know about his situation, Steve-O called her like in very minimizing way and it's all bs when it's from documents. As an example, they in court 9 times continued the conservatorship and when the states judge mentioned kinda in eeeh fashion that this is the longest amount we have ever done this. What does the people who handle it does, immidiatelly next time handles it in another state where it shows as the first time (well atleast second since it's continuation). That seems Super Bad Faith. An example on his immidiate family. His brother Jess who has a band that should make around money that with money you maybe live a normal modest life and he is very rich. Makes no sense, it is defininetly Bam's money. A lot given and when it haven't been coming in and the money is drying up, what does the family do. For one Jess makes to a cop claim that Bam assaulted him and only feasable way for it to leak so quickly to TMZ is if he called them and got also money from that. Phil, Bam's father have been his accountant since money started to come in so it is not hard for them to see when they need to either lower their decades of lifestyle or think that: "Bam will just use the money on drugs so we will take it, we will look after it" aka spend it. Then there is Steve-O who Always does the thing of equating his addiction to Bam's when it is waaaay differend thing because it's differend substances to some degree and the time spend on them. I have mostly just said that why does Steve even speak about Bam publicly eeeverytime something happens when that is not positive for him. As someone actually knowing something about addiction Steve-O just doesn't come across as someone who would Really look for Bam's best interest in certain situations. Say Jackass Forever, Steve-O is always going to hc throw Bam under the bus before in any way going against Knoxville and Tremaine. Just how he sells so many products his name printed on them he is thay first, business. From what I've seen Novak is the only one who truly have been hard on Bam In Right Places and In Right Time and otherwise just either helpfull or knowing to shut up. Also he is a giy who could have a massive grudge against Bam (and rest of the guys, which he have voiced as a group not just Bam) that he truly kinda was the punchingbag for a long-time. I remember when they were touring with Bam's "band" he would just kick quitar amps under him falling badly, drag him from foot in streets, all kinda abusive stuff and ofc Novak couldn't do anything back so it wasn't even funny. Dude was with them long time just not to be homeless sucking rooster to get money for heroin. So in short. Everyone in the story is the bad guy. Except Novak, you can see it so but he wasn't. Miracle he managed to get sober.

steve o... man, you guys were the first people to even briefly call him out on that anesthesia/sobriety horseshit. If you're doing anesthesia for fun you really shouldn't be talking about recovery all the goddamn time like he does.

I like the dramedy, lore progression, and - both sides - nature, I just kinda wished Adam woulda told him he was live on the pod

Nick has demonstrated prior knowledge of recording laws both the spirit & letter thereof. I’m sure he got some amount of consent for this, but also being safe in assuming that Vinny understands that he is an important celebrity to us. All interaction will get back to us, so he may as well act accordingly. These men are going to save comedy.

the entire episode is a phone call with vinny. when they told him he was on the pod he implied that he should be invited to be a guest on the talk show and demanded that they send him a check for this episode. he's incredible.
