I don't know if you realize how great it is seeing folks fall in love with a piece of music that an earlier generation fell in love with the same way. So much talent that won't be forgotten because of folks like you enjoying it all over again. Way to hand it down to the youth of today and maybe triggering talent to make the same style of music for younger generations.

Peter is much less animated on the guitar here than he would be in a live concert. He was well-known for his acrobatic jumping and "windmill" action in stroking the chords very violently, so violently he often broke guitar strings and even cut his hand on occasion. Keith's a friggin' wild man drummer, and Peter once called him "a master of mayhem" for the way he'd trash out hotel rooms during their concert tours.

Keith Moon was a crazy guy he would blow up toilets in the hotel they would stay at and destroy the rooms just for fun. He had a nick name called Moon the Loon. he was a party animal that loved to cause trouble just for fun.

It's from one of the CSI shows. All the the CSI shows used a The Who song as their theme songs. John Entwistle once said he was a babysitter of 3 unruly tottlers

People assume televisions are bolted down in motel rooms to safeguard against theft...wrong. That originated as a safeguard against TVs being chucked out windows, Moon style. The man was a beast. The true archetype of Rock n Roll.🥁🩷

Can't believe you have not heard this, was a huge hit and another tune absorbed into pop culture. She is quite correct. This is a great tune but to hear them in their most intense, try them from Live at Leeds, do My Generation, They are at their very best, building into furious jams and Pete Townsend has some of the best leads in Rock History in that jam. They are just possessed and playing like their lives were on the line. Check it out and Rock On! Enjoy. 🎵🎸🎤🎹🎶

Keith Moon did not play the drums,.....he attacked them. His genius was his ability to do a fill that blends in perfectly with the music.

Little known trivia: Jim Henson based the Muppets' manic drummer Animal on Keith Moon. Sad fact: "Who Are You?" was the last album Keith Moon appeared on. It was released August 18, 1978, three weeks before Moon's death on September 7, 1978.

It is NOT from a TV show. It was USED by a TV show. The difference is perhaps subtle, but distinct.

This was The Who's last gasp. Now in their mid-thirties and confronted by punk their reaction is one both incredulous and admiring.

Keith Moon was incredible drummer and a jokester too. Sad he died so young like John Bonham.
