I'm not even Christian and I like this song. This just shows that everyone has a different interpretation of the music they listen to...you make the song what it means to you. I remember when I was going through depression about 4 years ago, when my mother had cancer and my family was in its lowest points. I was at the lowest point in my life, I harmed myself and I never thought that that year would get done with. The following year, my mother's cancer was gone and everything that was torn, was mended. But this song really reminded me that no matter what, God will help us and he reminds us that Life is fragile and its a beautiful life to not waist.

Last year I have promoted this song in our school. I played the music video before the trailers started in mini theaters of our school. I am glad and honor to be part of the team as i had a chance to promote a music with a theme of christians. And since I act as a show runner I also played christian films to encourage the movie goers. My target are the student of the university and most of them cried after they watched THE OCTOBER BABY and even THE HEART OF CHRISTMAS. I thank God for giving me an opportunity At least some of the movie goers thier heart started to open again.

Over 30 'thumbs down' already for this fantastic song. I'm glad I don't have to see those people's CD collection. This is not the kind of song to 'unlike'. A normal person may either delight in it, or he may consider it "not really his favorite music". But there are folks out there who love to 'dislike' a song even while there is absolutely nothing "not to like" about it. Even if you don't feel that "life is beautiful" (I personally don't, for one thing), it's not all about us, about "me". Maybe we need to get more into the habit of allowing a beautiful and hopeful thing to affect our mood in positive ways, rather than trying to bring all things down to our own bad mood.

I don't think everyone has a beautiful life - but this is not the point. Songs like these are meant to increase hope, let someone see a light in the dark, feel alive in spite of all the death around. This is how it works: a song can do that with people. Many things actually can do this. But of course, not for people who just end up "clicking dislike" on everything that doesn't fit with their bad mood.
