OK, Simmo, I first sampled Old Peculier in 1974 at The Sportsman's Inn at Greetland in Halifax. I was sat out on the grass drinking it in the summer evening sun, it was so rich that flies were sticking to my glass. Happy day's.

Nice one Simmo this has to be the best beer on the PD, its outstanding on wooden cask, id say cellar temp 12c but 10c will be good, great review cheers Simmo 🍻

I have had a fair few pints of this on cask in the Museum Tavern in London, used to get it in bottles here in Philadelphia, but I haven't seen it in years. A fantastic beer..

First pint of this i was 17 at Manchester poly student union...been drinking it ever since. Still stands today at the top of the tree for all cask beers...a truly fabulous ale. Mate next door got a PD...might have to buy him one😂 cheers Simmo

Love what you do Simmo but I can’t drink beer at home on my own, I’m a social beast and we have OP on in my local £3.20 pint on cask. But each to their own👍🏻🍻keep up the good work🍻

Cheers mate. That’s totally understandable. I could be wrong but I think With the 20% discount and the £5 back this works out at a pretty good price tbf. My math might be wrong but I think it works out about £3.12 a pint. I can’t really get any good beer round here unless I really venture out. Hope your and yours are well. Cheers mate.
