I thought it lead perfectly to address some issues which I never addressed before (tried to avoid arguments previously by enduring it instead). No. Matter how nicely you say things in the right time in a good mood some people do not handle any criticism well. We almost always end up in a heated discussion when we try to communicate. This over the years has lead me to show a great deal of affection like I used to at the start od our relationship. He always wins and has his final say even when im trying to let him know that there is a problem. I thought he would be understanding after listening and agreeing to Mufti Menk. Im used to staying quiet when theres some wrong, but thought maybe im doing wrong by not communicating my problems to him. So I did the best I can. He turned the conversation to how he wanted things instead and disregarded what I was saying. Generally he's a well charactered, hardworking man, who usually is very helpful to others. He thinks it's ok to talk about our problems with others especially when I try to hide this to protect our relationship. He knows that's I don't like that but culturely he isn't doing anything wrong by speaking to others. I feel so hurt and he keeps lying and breaking too many promises that I don't trust him. His word bears no weight because of how often he lies and breaks his promises. Trust is something that yiu develop And i only trust in Allah now as I have no might besides him. In future I won't address issues with him, endure it and leave it to Allah. And I pray Allah loves us both come judgment day. Please pray we get on and find a more suitable way to discuss things. We have 3 kids and I have no place to take recess in.

@@c.nasser12 Pray for a happy marriage of muslim couples you know, so Malaaika will say "Ameen, and for you the same thing." So clean angels praying for you, this is the best. And cite to him an aya here, a hadith here, and join in good halaqaat (for example of tadjweed), and try to come closer and closer to Allah yourselves, this will maybe touch his heart profoundly and those of your children inshallah, too, so this is very helpful for sure. Do never lose hope. Try to dress nicely and be well cented for your hisband at night, even if you are tired because of your. household chores and children. This plays a big role for husbands. This is of his dreams he wants to see fulfilled and this will help with all the other things. If you do not have romantic clothes for this purpose, tell your parents to buy you s.t.new, or lend some or exchange some from a good girlfriend from time to time. Try to brush his hair, tell him to let you hear some qur'an when you are in his lap so you share this etc. Try it out, and do know that men have s.t. quarrels and dissappointments with business people outside the house and they are exposed more fitan. This can make themnervous, try to make it possible for him to relax at home. Not easy with 3 children, I know. Try to get some help of a girlfriend one day/ week for example to enable some special time/ minutes with your husbznd later. Try out what could work. As Salam Ailikoum wa Rahmatillahi wa barakatu, just wanted to say Mufti Menk, that u helped me so much to get closer to Allah, i was enduring a Love loss, my first Love, Iman may Allah bless her. All i tried was to be her husband, in eyes of Allah, but i guess it went wrong when she told me at the first « date » that she wasn’t ready therefor, but i was allready falling in love, so i balanced between Allah’s reminder and sins 😢😢 and then Allah took her off me, it’s so difficult. But i didnt act as a real muslim, so that’s the punition. And we have to be happy when Allah punish us instantly on earth for a sin, because if it goes to Yawm Al Qiyama it may be more difficult… i just wanted to tell u that since then i’m listening ur talk all day long… only not while i’m praying. I'm really confuse why polygamy is allowed I'm really confuse and I can't accept it before. But now I understand that Allah is all knowing, and Allah knows whom he created and what will happen in this world. Allah allowed polygamy for our own good, for man to help woman who have kids that don't have father maybe the father is dead or the father left her, a woman that needs a home , it really make sense to me, we don't own anyone and we will die alone.
