Besides, many street users don't stick to treatment regimes for obvious reasons so someone may need 50 ml of meth to avoid withdrawal but there's no way a hospital is going to give them that straight away so they will go into withdrawal before they eventually get sorted out.

I used to visit London as child with my parents in the 1970s then on my own as a teenager back in the early 80s, the only homeless you saw back then were the old timer tramps. It’s terrible nowadays, to think there are 170,000 rough sleepers, that’s a small town, and we’re one of the richest countries in the world??? I saved every penny I could earn for plane tickets, researched the country I now live in, and left. nice vid billy. the grime acts aren't there until late in the evening. chinatown is rife for phone thefts, so everyone please be careful if you go. i was talking to a bouncer opposite the infamous won kei restaurant, he told me on average 40 odd phones get nicked a night by gangs. my missus does live streaming up there, with 5 phones (she is Chinese and has phone for each Chinese social media platform), I'm constantly on guard when we're there. never had any bother but there are some sly people around. hope you're enjoying your trip
