I have 3 girl ideas 1. Narumi(girl) - the “Naru” honors Naruto’s ‘death’ and the “mi” stands for beautiful or sea. This not only symbolizes Kushina’s home village in Uzushiogakure but also can foreshadow water style techniques. 2. Akari(girl) - This name symbolizes light, which can allow her to reference the yellow flash of the leaf, or Kushina’s adamantine chains. 1: I called it in part 1!! 2: for narutos sibling, if it's a boy then "misoto" could work. It's a Ramen ingredient like narutomaki and ends in the "to" like naruto Minato and boruto. If it's a girl then "kumaki" seems nice as it has the "ku" from kushina and has "maki" as in cake like narutomaki. Overall the names can be tweeked but I'd say these work thematically to the story. PS I'd personally like a boy to go with the itachi and Sasuke theme but a girl would be nice too👍
