Wrong. The judicial system had to put that guy - Adam Bryson aka Adam Graham - into a woman's prison because at court he presented himself as Isla Bryson. Claimed he was trans. Under new self identity laws in all of uk, they had no choice. He was held in solitary confinement in the woman's prison while they investigated him. When his previous history of r@pe assaults against women came to light, the First Minister overruled the self Identifying law and sent him to a man's prison. His ex wife claimed he was faking it. He later admitted to not being trans and using the stupid laws to get a soft sentence and access to plenty of women. He was never allowed near any female prisoners, but had to be held in a woman's prison for sentencing under the law (from Westminster). These cases happened in England too, but didn't get the same media attention so aren't as well known

I just got out of family court (again) Wednesday. The CHIEF judge for my county looked me in the face & said: nonbinary is just a replacement for tomboy & in no way is associated with sexuality. We were discussing my 10 yr old (long story short, mom encourages it). HOW in the world are these people in positions of power?!

The judge is universally hated & I do my homework on documentation & testimony. She's fucking hated me since 2021. Can't come for me, but bends over backwards for my ex.

I guess there may be some “trans men” who would request to go into men’s prison, just because they are that delusional OR they are straight up a masochist. I think these “trans women” should have to go through virtual labor and delivery with some sort of pain stimulator to the proper areas, before they decide they want to “change sexes.” Most of them are AGP, not really dysphoric at all.
