my favorite line is for sure "you hold my hand and I'll hold yours and life won't feel so wrong" because we know they're there for us, but they can't actually help us at all, except to make the world seem a little less shitty, and honestly that's all we need to get on our feet and fix whatever we need to with ourselves and our lives. I played in a hardcore band in the early 2000’s. Had a couple good years. Since then I’ve started a family and have been happily married for 11 years. Amity affliction is the band that has come along since then that I have been loving. Many nights drunk in the garage after my kids are asleep jamming on this band. Countless hits. BUT F.M.L is the absolute best they made coming from someone like me who used to make this kind of music. Peace!

Amity is and always will be my favorite band. This song was released a week before my long-time girlfriend broke up with me and without this song, I don't think I would've made it through that.
