I was recently revisiting HSM for the first time in many years and for the first time in my life I noticed that troy’s voice was different when he was singing. What’s weird to me is that it seems like they used Zac’s voice for some parts and then replaced him with Drew for specific parts. I don’t know if that’s true or just me not noticing that he didn’t sang at all in the first movie. Either way, this videos really showed me how different the first movie’s songs would be if Zac sang his parts. Nothing against Drew or anything, but it just feels right to have Zac singing.

Probably because he needed to isolate her voice but some of Troy's voice overlaps which is hard to clean up so he used Ai.
