Denme una solución para poder hacerlos funcionar los dos al mismo tiempo, solo suena uno. Hago el reset apretando el botón 3 veces, pero nada cambia.

No hay manera que se escuchen los dos al mismo tiempo. Se conectan ambos, pero solo suena uno 😡.

Don't buy those earbuds you will be disappointed. The sound quality is ok but not the best, for that price you can get much better earbuds, try finding some JBL models, for 10$ more you get much better earbuds. The touch function of the earbuds is a pain in the ass and it can't be disabled or customised through the app( the app is trash too). The only good feature is that the battery lasts a really long time and charges relatively fast.

Give me a solution so I can make them both work at the same time, only one sounds. I do the reset by pressing the button 3 times, but nothing changes.

Thank you! I would like to ask you though: the touch sensor... is it too sensitive? Like, if you're running on the street, would they activate by themselves and pause the song because they think that you're pressing the sensor? This happened with the last ones that I got, so I'm still deciding if I should get these ones or the SHB2505 since those have a button instead.
