Blinding tune from a criminally underrated band, i remember in early 2000 sometime picking up the Roman Candle EP and it blew me away and have been addicted to them since.

I stumbled across them filming this at Portobello road market one Saturday afternoon as i searched for vintage 60s black jackets( 'twas the 80s) Serendipity as I had already fallen in love with the music. Try as i might I'm never really sure if i can see myself. I saw them a year later at a pub called The Boston Arms at Tufnell Park. Even their own website has forgotten about that dive and fails to list it yet i still have the stub!

It’s funny, there’s an MTV interview from Flesh on KZbin and Nick tells the story about how Rocco had to choke John Lydon out while on tour together cuz John had apparently punched Rocco’s girlfriend. I know Rocco at one point dated Cleo Murray of the March Violets so I’m not sure if that’s who John had hit, but either way, the story is humorous.
