Yeah, I know it’s popular today to praise Suge and throw Dr. Dre and Snoop Dogg under the bus because everyone believes every conspiracy they hear on KZbin now but let’s be honest. Suge did the same thing to his artist that the major labels were doing to other rappers. They weren’t getting paid the royalties, they didn’t own their masters, he was giving them a salary that wasn’t even a quarter of what they should’ve got from album sales and giving them things like cars and gold chains instead of paying them what they were worth. I see people online today talking about how the record labels are screwing over African-American rappers when that’s exactly what Suge did too.

I don’t know what is going on behind the scenes but the fact that AOD is interviewing people from Snoop’s circle and even giving him a shoutout shows that he now has a better understanding of Snoop. I am glad.

These interviews very eye opening. It’s not just entertainment; it’s a form of enslavement.
