OMG! OMG! Did I say OMG! I was wondering how that dark skin tone would become as light as the watercolor picture; but when you got to blending & highlighting....... WOW! I am in shock! I should have known better, you are THE ART SHERPA after all...you can do anything & everything with paint! It is truly amazing! I am so glad that I found you.I'm not ready for this YET,,, only about 1 month of painting under my belt, someday I'll be ready; till then I will keep trying the 1 hold & move up slowly. {{Art Hugs}} Till next time.....

I feel like acrylics are so different from watercolors. How do you go the opposite way? Take a painting from acrylics to watercolors? I want to do so many of your paintings with my watercolors but I'm not sure how to do it! This gave a few ideas so thank you!! :) I love that you take the time to teach us all so many things and I appreciate it!!!

just a quick note when using frisket/masking fluid. If you're into ink and wash techniques know that the solvent in the frisket can lift the ink and create a big mess even if completely dry. I had to learn this the hard way. In my case I had used the Sakura Micron pens and layered the frisket on top. As soon as I brushed the frisket over the ink, the ink became loose and mixed into the frisket. Hope this helps someone.

Hey Cinnamon and John! Just thought I'd let you know that I went to get the traceable following the link you have listed here and it took me to the Starbucks Unicorn Frap. page on the main Sherpa site. So I went to the About Face BAQ page, found the image of "The Dreamer" and again, back to the Starbucks Unicorn drink. I'm going to try to free hand her and hope for the best...just thought you should know that the link isn't right for this tutorial's traceable.
