No need to change the name of the device.xml to device.xmtl. Just copy the file and make sure it is read only in Becker. It worked like a charm for me.

Hello I have a question. So at 4:50 you have 2 folders in Becker MP. DumpFiles and Manual. I have APD, DRM, MapRegions and NAVI. Do I have to delete them? Or do I have to let them there? Anothe thing is I do not have the NAVI folder at my SD card. Should I copy the old ones from Becker MP or the new ones from the downloaded file? Would be awsome if you could help me! Thanks.

Also another question. I have a Vito from 2015 with a Navigation System but the modul have an other number on the back. Do Do you know if I can use the same down files for this one. I think it´s the Audio 10 system.

@@edwardstikelmaier9761 Make reserve copy all files same configuration three what you have , first and most importing step . second step , mix files like in video , every device different but most work . If dont work restore original

Thanks for the instructing video. I don't have a SD card in the becker module. Is it normal? It worked for a few years and recently failed to detect any navigation module. I'm not sure if someone stole the sd card or there was no sd card there originally. I also used a Garmin cable to connect the becker module to my laptop, but my laptop cannot find anything.. Is this because there is no sd card? Should I just buy a sd card?

@@TheArunasstanaitis Okay thanks for the response. My car is actually able to find the device, but when it's trying to activate the module, that's when it fails. It used to work completely fine, but it is just not able to activate it at some point. I also cannot connect the becker module to my laptop. The computer just doesn't recognize it. Any idea what happens? Is it because the battery is bad or the files are corrupted?

My becker connecting to PC with files or empty . Possible battery problem , disconnect battery and try connect to PC . USB drivers maybe bad .

after doing 3 or 4 times the update i keep getting the error No maps data could be find on the device, please insert a memory card containing valid map data. I'm using a microSD card with an adapter, could that be a problem? Thank you!

@@theormsta Check your SD card, it has a small lock pin on it's left side, if it is closed in lock mode the car can not read what's inside

@Ara Stn could you send us the exact files of your becker model 9077 device because its the same model as mine, but i tryied multiples times and Becker logo stay freezed i think its a problem of software, then i used to upgrade with becker content manager but it didnt work may be u have already the files and the software upgrade pls can u send your exact files to me?

My device.xml won’t change to .xmlt file. When I rename it it still says that this is xml document. Any solution how to fix it?

copy paste from becker .xml to PC windows desktop . Rename extension to .xmlt then copy / paste xmlt to becker, maybe some problems by windows files security , googling file extension change
