How do I find the correct download for a 2020 MB Sprinter 3500? Do you know where the USB port is to transfer the Map data? This is more quality information than I've been able to find.

Yes, of course I can see no reason why you can't. You may need to check that your Mercedes operating system software is up to date first (you can check this on the app - look to see if you have the latest version of the operating system software). If your operating system is not up to date, it may not accept the new maps update. Good luck :)

Excluding the actual software download from the web (because that is due to broadband speeds and other variables etc), the actual update in the vehicle from the USB flashdrive took me 2 minutes. 👍🏽

Which part are you stuck on? Probably the system software in your 2016 needs updating in order to accept the map updates?

You will need to login to the Mercedes Me Connect online and select your model and all the download associated with your model should be available. Let me know how you get on. 👍

I am not sure to be honest. I never needed an activation code and I have updated my maps a couple times.

No I doubt this will happen as the nav system isn't connected to the main operating system of the car, it sits outside of it. Makesure you format your external drive fully before us and you are using virus protection on your pc, all the standard stuff 👍

No I dont think so, it should be available if you log into your My Mercedes Portal. If you can't find it there than I will suggest you may need to register your vehicle again but it is all free 😎

I would delete all the files in your download manager, restart and try again. Make sure you are downloading the right version 64bit. Mercedes does not make such a simply task easy. I had a couple of attempts before I was successful. I hope this helps, thanks.

@@PaoloLF when i start my navigation im getting "install compatible navigation software from SD card or consult mercedes dealer" does it have to be SD card or will it work with USB too. Problem i formated the usb many times still no data medium found in the download manager

​@@KillyWildlands I updated mine with a usb drive so I will suggest it but it sounds like your usb drive might be corrupted or is damaged somehow.. You will have to get a new flash drive, the file itself is in mbs so the drive will be on the cheap side. I got mine off amazon 32gb for £3. Let me know if you were successful in the end, the update is worth it.
