I’ve been without the job. All I wanna do is deliver Christmas gifts, I loved my job! A Karen called me in a mile away from my final Post Office stop saying I swerved and talking a bunch of nonsense feeding the dispatch a bunch of bullshit so when the police got to my truck, they ripped open the door told me to apply the brake and get the fuck out and I’m like excuse me what !? Falsely accused me of having cannabis in a container, and I was canned!!! Prior to them falsely accusing me this sergeant was asking a Mail man Where the fucking fentanyl pills back there you got any fucking fentanyl pills I’m like bro what the fuck no, I have the mail. You know everyone’s mail. I don’t know. It’s in the stuff. It’s the mail it’s protected. He didn’t like me telling him that it was protected, he ended up, searching it with a dog , trying to see if there was any drugs in the back I think for himself it was disgusting! Then the government is saying there’s trucker shortage because the guy that’s been out there almost 10 years and has never gotten pulled over gets pulled over once loses his job. These people come over here and can’t even read the fucking signs or understand the officer when they get pulled over and keep on driving!!

The H2B program is expensive and companies have to prove there is a significant shortage of American workers to qualify. Do some extensive research into these programs before being too critical and they have to give equal pay. Illegals are the ones that undercut everybody. If anything I'd place blame on these large outfits forcing drivers to implement company guidelines that drivers disagree with. This program typically operates on a lottery system and depending on what category you line up with (A-F), you're not guaranteed workers.
