it's actually pretty normal for people that do OMAD diets (One Meal Per Day) so this is probably less than or a little more than 2000 calories and if he just eats this the entire day, then he'd actually be losing weight or maintaining. (also for a meal, it's pretty good nutrition wise, he's getting good amounts of protein, carbs, fats and maybe a little too much sodium and carbs but nothing too crazy)

@@Mel-wu8cz not really possible to calculate it through a video, need a food scale, see the ingredients, see how much the bread weighs, see what brands of foods he's consuming etc... only thing you can kinda accurately calculate are the eggs, hash browns and bacon. i do OMAD and eat one meal of 2000 calories in one sitting and it has WAY more food than on this video...

@@versacejones My eating window is from 12-6 most days which means i fast 18 hours and eat 6. I’m a pescatarian and I eat low carbs. I typically eat two meals (maybe one snack) within my window. You’re only allowed water, plain tea and black coffee during you’re fasting time. During my eating window I eat or drink whatever i like in moderation. There are tons of videos on KZbin from experts on the benefits of fasting.

My grandmother used to make soft boiled eggs in those old fashion egg cups you’ll probably have to look it up and then she would give us butter toast and we break it up into little pieces and put it into the softball egg cup with salt and it was effing amazing probably a bit more labor-intensive than what you’re doing but it was my grandmother so she gets a pass

Might go to hangover Food when I was in undergrad also was at a local deli where all of us dragged or hung over but over to you in the morning and we would get bacon egg and cheese on a roll or a hero with ketchup for me and then when I stopped eating bacon I will get tomato egg and cheese.
