With the first time playing I didn't astral project, but had insane lucid dream. I woke up and was able to record much of it to my journal before I forgot. I've only been able to astral project 4 times in the 3- 4 years I've been aware of the concept, but I was close last night. Going to try again right now. Thanks for this 😊
