I can’t believe that beauty wasn’t really brought into the conversation until 30 min in. As a Venus ruled sign I’ve always associated the Goddess and the arts with Taurus. In addition to a prideful Taurus working on humility- I have Mercury in Taurus. Trudging through and “chewing” on the things I learn runs deep. Once in my head and being learns something it is engrained in me but much like a toddler, I feel like I’m learning everything for the first time.

Mo is the quintessential Taurus energy. I love how intentional she is in the articulation of her thoughts and her energy was truly Taurean, whereas with Pao, I saw some Leo brightness in the sound of her voice and articulation. I love how Chris brought the Scorpio balance to the conversation too. A very proud moment of mine is when Mo was the only one who actually thought of the aesthetically pleasing sports. I thoroughly enjoyed the content, pace and overall tone of the conversation and I related to the traits and keywords described in some way. Excellent work!

Yes, I'm a Taurus. Even the sight is important to us. When I was a kid, I wouldn't eat food if it didn't look nice. Nobody taught me what looks nice or what is not because I was just a baby. I can't believe I did this to my mom. If the porridge would be served with dirty edges on the plate's corner, I would try not to eat it. Insane 🤣

Maintainers. Keepers of method, patterns. I've noticed that many Tuareans I know maintain friends well. The polarity with the depth of Scorpio seems to connect patience with passion (from 2 to 8 on the clock). As a Cancer (July 4), I've been lucky to find sympathetic and emotional understanding in all the Tuarus people I know (could be that exalted moon). What a great sign :)

half my family is taurus, and as a pisces, i deeply appreciate the grounded-ness of how they feel like a safe harbour when my seas get rocky. and despite the bad rep associated with "materialistic", i prefer to think of taurus as being in the moment, and in the body. after a crappy emotional day, going home to a taurus means a hot steamy meal and hugs. taurus aunties also splurge on the best gifts for her nieces and nephews. venus's love comes through strong in taurus.

I started listening to this episode after the Leo one, and the difference in energy is just unreal😂 Leo was all about fame and fun and being loud, and Taurus so gentle and chill and nurturing. I have Sun Moon and Venus in Taurus and I’m a Leo rising, so listening to these 2 episodes really made me see and understand myself a lot more clear. I also have important placements in Aquarius, Aries and Sag, so now I understand why I perceive myself as “boring by nature” sometimes. I have this very stable and steady nature, but I’m constantly challenging, almost shaking myself up with the fire and air placements. In my experiences with my own Taurus moon placement, the things that I really am fixed on actually are based on a development of deep appreciation of that thing, whether its food, music, routine. This deep appreciation I feel is a major theme to the fixed nature of this archetype. This also relates very well with the qualities of Venus and the Moon.

These talks are so enlightening for those of us you just dabble in Astrology but still wish to be apprised of the various qualities of each sign. My Mother was a Sun Taurus and I have Taurus Moon in Hellenistic and I have had huge food issues (until this year because my Scorpio placements are INSISTING all of that leaves this year) - in fact I study and practice Intermittent Fasting now since the Taurus -Scorpio Axis was achieved...which gives me a chance until July next year to get my eating habits correct and value my Body in a more profound way than previously. As a fashion designer with zero Taurus placements (but ruling the 6th)- I can say that I meet many Taurus suns/rising and Taurus tenth house ….(also Libra - but that is definitely the social side)……….Dries Van Noten is the quintessential Taurus designer for me - who is known for his gardens, florals, and steady enduring vision of beauty. Watch the documentary. He recently launched a fragrance and makeup line further extending his concepts around color/print/nature. There are so many Taurus placement fashion designers- and this is because of the emphasis of creating in the material, sensuality, the body. I find Taurus to be the MOST body oriented of all the signs…which- as a Virgo stellium, is a huge contrast. Virgo is definitely the most cerebral of all the earth signs. Even in fashion I think about design in very mathematical /logical terms, and my Venus in Virgo is essentialist and minimalist in nature. Great episode !! I loved the triplicity breakdown. Taurus 6th house -I definitely want to work with my hands on physical things. Ironically in corporate fashion design I am just on a screen for ten hours a day, which is totally depressing. One of the best things I liked about design was being able to sketch by hand, drape and work with materials all day. Don’t have this anymore, thanks digital age.

I absolutely love your podcast CB, it has opened up a whole new world to me and set me off on an astrology fixation. I am Taurus Sun, Sagittarius Rising and Gemini Moon and listening to your podcasts has enabled me to make sense of why I have not related to being Taurus Sun and that my predominant characteristics have been Sagittarius and Gemini more. However in terms of my pursuits I do correspond with Taurus as I worked for many years as a singer and now have recently started gardening and spent the last two years working on my allotment growing food. I also ran my own cafe bar and cheffed all the meals from scratch , so I suppose in my pursuits I can relate to being a Taurus. My money relationship has been very unhealthy however and has needed a lot of work. In terms of materialism I don't relate to the classic Taurus characteristics at all. Speaking of the gardening association with Taurus, Catherine de Medici (a sect light Sun-Venus-Uranus-Ascendant) created the Tuileries Garden in Paris in 1564...which has, since the French Revolution, become a beloved public park for the Parisian people. A similar, but non-angular, gardening association is present in my husband who has a 6th House Taurus stellium that includes his own sect light, the Moon.

As a Taurus Sun, Venus, Mercury stellium, it made me think of how most of my ideas are pretty much of what is common or what is relatable, considering Venus being a relationship planet. Also I had to look up common, and it is also a noun meaning a piece of open land for public use. Security was a main keyword I remember for Taurus and that made me think of wealth for safety's sake. Awesome episode! Taurus Moon, Chiron, and Juno here... When I am told to sit and wait, I sit and wait lol, no one believes I'm Aries rising :) I love food, I am a great cook, inspired by my mother but don't like directly copying her recipes lol. Taurus sun, when she mentioned comfort that was totally personal. I like certain colors and styles but for me being comfortable and natural is more important than anyone's opinion of my appearance. If I find a clothing item I like I'll buy it in every color. At a restaurant I always get the same thing. I meal prep the same thing for lunch, often for years at a time. I'm an organic food junkie and don't use anything artificial at all. I have about five hobbies and interests and I will obsess and dwell on them for a year, move on to the next, cycle through them all and them start over again With relationships I'm very fixed. I've dated almost only capricorns and I've been with my cap husband for 12 years and I'm 27. Tomorrow I'm doing my birthday dinner at the same restaurant I go to for ever special occasion for the last ten years I'm incredibly tired of people idealizing communism though. Money is awesome. The government should take less of my money, taxation is theft. Good decisions and hard work generally lead to financial security in a capitalist system. I hate seeing the taxes come out of my check and seeing my government waste the money on stupid selfish violent "causes". As a kid I was very picky, greedy, and stubborn. I could get very stuck in a negative emotion and as an adult I'm much more adaptable and easygoing

I think communist sympathizers have good intentions but look at actual communist countries like Cuba, China, and the former USSR. In communist countries you become property of the state, not a sovereign individual they will starve you every time because the fat cat government dictators don't care about you and your family. Hello! I have Taurus sun, Mercury, mars and Chiron. I’m a little older than the hosts, and learned the longevity and reliability, also consistency and thoroughness with everything I do and think about may come off as slow, but it’s a very all encompassing kind of mindset. I was waiting for Taurus! I have a stellium in Taurus (Sun, Venus conj Mercury, Mars, Chiron) and I'm Leo rising, so my chart ruler is in Taurus. I identify with a lot of things you said here... Food, nature, music... although in regards to things Taurians like, yes I like what I like, but I do like to experiment, try different things, but when I find what I like, I will never give it up! :D one more thing, what's interesting about having Sun and Mars in Taurus in my 10th house, is I have always had issues with authority, meaning having a problem with having a boss, so after over 10 years of working in a company and being miserable, I have seen the light after quitting my job and working on my own, for myself... having authority or a boss, someone I have to report to just makes me feel oppressed... anyway, great show!
