He’s going to need far more than those 12 extra lives he stole to put a dent in that sentence 😂 He cudda been sentenced back when Julius Ceaser was in power & he’d still have another 1500 years to go.

God have mercy on everyone involved including James. Mental health is misunderstood and people with problems often don’t want to admit them because of the shame and financial costs. The system failed James and he inflicted pain on innocent people. Sad all around

Why even include all the 5 year parole requirements when their related sentences consequtively span far beyond a human life AND life sentences without possibility of parole are added on top of that? Does the law require such a thing?

It's all down to regulatory & legality requirements, that's all. Each charge has to be dealt with for the record, no matter how inconsequential it may seem. In any case, he deserved every bit of it. Shooting dozens of people who were just at a movie. Dreadful crime.
@Christpoher Жыл бұрын
Because if for some reason the sentences without the possibility of parole are overturned, the judge has handed down the a bunch of other sentences that will stand and ensure the perp is never released.
@cutlass2523 Жыл бұрын
Just the standard maximum sentence for each count. Which includes the 5 years of parole by default. Judge didn’t go out of his way to tack the parole on each count, that’s just part of the maximum sentence.

James tried to seek out help from multiple doctors and said he was having homicidal thoughts for months. Why didn’t someone do something? The Colorado doctors who didn’t act are guilty.
@dennissettlemyre9173 жыл бұрын
Doctors (not including surgeons and specialists) nowadays suck. They basically went to school for 8-10 years just to learn how to say no basically. They’re afraid to help anyone cuz of the government. And the government is ignorant. They don’t have any real life experience so their answer to the overdoses and opioid epidemic is to scare doctors so they won’t help anyone.
