What a nightmare it must have been in that theatre. God bless the people of Aurora.

Prosecution did a great job pulling the defence to pieces with the potential damage his apartment bomb could of caused.

I wish the judge would say quit wasting our time to that defense lawyer, Because she objects to the dumbest stuff

That is her job ☺️. I mean, he will say overruled if he needs to.

Seems like that bald attorney has a temper. I don't blame him though, the defense is annoying

I was thinking he and the public defender probably dated in law school and it went sour :D

@@bwjbrown I was going to give a smart- ass response , I mean,I get both of their responses, they are trying to prove their case , but at 3:30 or so, I kind of heard what you were saying here 🤦🏽♀️.

I remember watching them go into his apartment with the robot on live TV. It was quite fascinating. What happened in the theater was such a tragedy though. It’s absolutely heartbreaking. I pray all the surviving victims and their families are healing. 🙏🏼💜

Darn sunglasses; now I have to look up about the old Unibomber to see if he was trying to prove some kind of point. I'm not on the jury so I can look things up.

"My name is Michael Holme. H-O-L--M-E." Emphasis on the pronounciation of his last name. Had to make sure everyone knew there was no relation. Who could blame him. 😂

I don't have a lot of know how in regards to attorney questions to witnesses, but both the prosecution and defense seem to be setting the questions up to the witnesses instead if asking the witness per se- unless, this isn't a trial to prove guilt necessarily, so maybe since he's already been convicted, they're just trying to get the " guilty" vs "guilty by reason of insanity"... I was starting to type that I thought they were, I guess, leading with their questions# basically TELLING the witness what they did instead of ASKING them what they did.(yes or no answers given to questions, without much context). But it may be handled differently when the defendant is s not disputing? Edit: it's also good that the jury is asking questions as both sides are terrible( and I suppose THEY would say they are being " prudent " to their cases) about getting other pertinent information in regards to their case . I also am hating the lack of the letter "g" ( gettin', goin', somethin', sorta, etc) and ya and ja instead of you., 'um' instead of them... It's actually bugging the hell out of me
