I really like the lead male prosecutor, he is succinct, clear, has a personality and keeps things interesting...

The Prosecutor is so spot on, he should do the whole trial on his own like Juan Martinez

I’ve never seen a trial with 12 alternates!

The bad German word attempt was meant to be say "Any questions?" at the end on the presentation. Prompting the audience to ask questions. Totally normal.

The defense questioning Klug is far better than the rest. the others are hard to watch

Listening to Q&A @ 2:10:22 ...... it sounds like the assistant professor did not rejected James right away... the professor wanted to discuss couple of things first... but then it seemed like James took it as a rejection?? I really wonder.... what if James had discuss w/ the professor? Maybe he would've got accepted... maybe none of these would've happened the way it did. I've listen to prosecution's opening statement, and if they were right, it sounded like the failure to get into these labs was likely the final draw, and that final rejection in May was the point of no return. The prosecution's opening statement indicated James was doing very poorly in Grad school because of the labs and probably had no chance to continue... but according to this professor, he gave James 16/18 green (good) rating, and the 2 yellow (caution) ratings which actually are very good grades. Then the professor stated that he just wanted to discussed those 2 yellow ratings before making any decision.... In his testimony, he never stated he would've reject or accept James at all! .................. Gee... if James had just make sure... maybe... just maybe there wouldn't be tragedies :(

piyodamariVer2.25 the whole thing is just so sad all around. I haven't seen any evidence of Holmes having remorse though. He says in a dr Reid interview he has some regrets about the shooting, but it appeared it was just for the child, Veronica Moser-Sullivan , he killed

He’d been writing in his journal and buying guns for months before that though

Chicken and egg= common in science, "which came first? The chicken or the egg?" You can use it for almost any nuero. process.

It's the woman prosecutor who always looks so slovenly--the one who looks like she's wearing an inertube around her waist and under her Kmart clothes. That hair knot on the back of her head so bizarre. Looks like she sleeps in her clothes. Make an effort

@@clc7763 it's not a crime to have any kind of emotions while you're listening to testimony. That's not the case. The point is that can they separate that empathy, sympathy, and stay unbiased?
