@@asylangrace11 Well, I understand, but I thought only sex before marriage was unacceptable to Christians? I've grown up in a Christian household, and tho my parents are strict about a lot of things regarding marriage and romance (eg, lgbt relationships, sex before marrige, etc) I never heard of something like that. Though, I've met Christians who don't celebrate Halloween or CHRISTMAS for that matter because "it's pagan!" or whatever the fuck so It wouldn't surprise me that your parents might've made that rule up.

@@Desert-duo-enjoyer yeah. We don't celebrate Halloween either ,we can dress up and go trunker treating and we have a dance party and some games but can dress up as anything scary or evil. Ty for understanding a lot people freak out about it and make a big deal which makes me uncomfortable and judged but hey Jesus we're gonna get persecuted.

I mean, the whole point of halloween when it was first celebrated was to dress up scary and ward off demons and evil spirits- guess some christians want demons in their neighborhood now??? lol? Not trying to judge you btw, I just wanna let ya be informed about this kind of stuff because kids learn how to act and what to believe in mostly fom their parents yk? And there's some people out there who are SUPER religious about everything (example: don't wear skirts that go up past the knee or some shit like that, or girls can't wear pants, it's "ungodly")
